How I work

I engage in two ways depending on what you need.

Executive roles — I’m open to Director/VP positions in product, GTM, strategy, or business development at tech companies operating at the hardware-software intersection. If you’re building something where physical infrastructure and software economics both have to work, that’s where I do my best work.

Strategic advisory — I work with a focused set of companies on commercial architecture, GTM strategy, and platform design. Clients include OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and consulting firms navigating AV, EV, and SDV transitions.

What I bring:

  • Market entry and GTM strategy for Europe and the US
  • Commercial architecture: pricing, channel, and partnership models
  • Platform and product strategy for 0-to-1 builds
  • Investment due diligence and commercial landscape analysis

I’ve done all of this inside major companies at operating committee and board level. I’ve owned full P&L, led cross-functional teams across three continents, and closed deals that required aligning three different stakeholder interests simultaneously. When I take on advisory work, I bring the same standards of accountability.
